Features
When the alarm detects that the gas in the surrounding environment reaches the 8% LEL alarm concentration value, the alarm will trigger the following reaction according to the model: an alarm sound will be issued. Send the alarm code wirelessly, turn off the electromagnetic reading and push the alarm information remotely through the APP; when the gas concentration in the environment of the country returns to 0%, the LEL alarm will stop the alarm and automatically return to the normal monitoring state.
LCD interface description
①: System preheating countdown time: After the alarm is powered on, the system needs to be preheated for 180 seconds to make the sensor work stably and normally. After the system preheating, the alarm enters the normal monitoring state.
②: WiFi status icon: “–” flashing means WiFi is not configured or WiFi is disconnected: “Port” turns means the network is connected.
③: Current ambient temperature value.
④: The gas concentration value in the current surrounding environment: the larger the value, the higher the gas concentration value. When the gas concentration reaches 8% LEL, an alarm will be triggered.
Test function
When the alarm is in the normal standby state, click the TEST button: the alarm screen wakes up; the indicator light flashes once: and there is a voice prompt to test whether it is normal.
Alarm function
When the alarm is triggered (when the gas detector detects that the gas concentration reaches the warning value, the alarm task will be generated), the alarm will send out a series of alarm actions; the alarm will sound an alarm; and the solenoid valve will be closed. And in the state of successful networking, the alarm information is sent to the APP remotely, the APP will push the background, and the alarm will be prompted by voice.
Mute function
When the alarm is in the gas alarm state, all models can click the “TEST” button on the alarm to temporarily mute the alarm. Devices with WiFi function can click the mute button on the APP to temporarily mute the alarm when the connection is successful.
Solenoid valve output function
Equipment alarm status: When a gas alarm occurs, the solenoid valve outputs. Test state: In standby state, press the TEST button continuously for 5 times and then release the TEST button, and the solenoid valve will output.
Alarm debugging
1.Plug in the 5V power supply at the USB 5V jack to power up the alarm.
2.After the alarm is powered on, the alarm starts a 180-second warm-up countdown.
3.After the preheating of the alarm is over, the alarm enters the normal monitoring state.
4.Press the “TEST key” to test the device function.
5.After completing the above steps, the alarm can monitor the environment normally.
